Need professional packing for your parts?
We have a big variety of standard blisters in stock. The blisters are made from transparent PET sheets with thickness 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6 mm. PET is the best plastic for recycling, it is strong, chemical resistent and will not tear caused by ageing, like you will have with polystyrene.
Our blisters are designed to have stiffness in its plane. That makes handling of your parts a lot easier.

ESD-enabled
Do you need ESD-blisters to protect your parts?
We can supply our standard blisters or your special blisters made of ESD-PET.
Our blisters are stronger
These photos clearly show that the design of our blisters ensures that bending is minimal when the blisters are full of parts.
The last photo shows a blister tray with parts made of tool steel and coated with a gas nitration layer. Due to gas nitration, these parts have grown into the fitting. Expensive parts, which should not suffer damage and which need a sturdy blister tray.
And they fit inside standard crates
Our large blisters (350×250 mm) fit perfectly in the standard Euronorm transport crates with dimensions 400×300 mm.
And our small blisters (265×165 mm) are designed to fit inside the smaller Euronorm crates with dimensions 300×200 mm.
You can also put 2 small blisters in the large crates next to eachother.
